Planning Bonded Warehouses ( Indoor & Outdoor ), and General Warehouses ( Distribution Centers ) for efficiency in both operations and capacity such as manpower (Store Keepers & Forklift Drivers ), daily labor, and contract labor Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, arranging for services as necessary, maintaining collaborative relationships with customers
Solving and finding the best solution to the related customer's complaint and issues and escalating to Senior Supervisor if required Conducting, sharing related operational SOP, guide line to the team in order to improve their skills Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes and implementing the ISO process
Check all the warehouse related data before sharing to customer, customs and other department
Monitor the Inventory accuracy and report status, Schedule Inbound and outbound orders
Prepare warehouse related activities reports and update it regularly to the line supervisor/manager and customs Daily monitoring of space utilization in warehouses ( matching with system and on-ground ) report received from Individual WH Logistics Officers.
Controlling, determining and verifying the warehouse overtime, outsource labor charges rate Liaise with internal departments such as dry port, fleet and procurement when required in a timely manner
Monitoring of WH Operations Team attendance performance and working attitude with their performance, solve and immediately take action on the issues complaint by customer
