Description and Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the bank’s social media pages, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Regularly update content, such as posts, images, videos, and articles, to keep the page fresh and engaging.
Respond to inquiries and messages on the bank’s social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor page performance and track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) to optimize content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and the bank’s marketing strategy.
Ensure all content adheres to the bank’s branding guidelines and compliance regulations.
Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities.
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.

Requirements
Proven experience as a page administrator, social media manager, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
