Description and Requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the bank’s social media pages, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Regularly update content, such as posts, images, videos, and articles, to keep the page fresh and engaging.
  • Respond to inquiries and messages on the bank’s social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor page performance and track engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) to optimize content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and the bank’s marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all content adheres to the bank’s branding guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a page administrator, social media manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
