- Planning: Set short and long-term objectives/ target of the team, develop and implement sales and marketing plan including budget plan to achieve target.
- Monitoring Supervise day to day tasks and activities of team member, their performance, financial/budget plan and execution to achieve high-performance.
- Customer Relationship: Regularly meet with KOL of healthcare professionals, maintain strong relationships with all related interested parties.
- Sales & Promotion: Execute daily visit to all Hospitals/Clinics, GP and Laboratories, promote products and discuss customers/end-user’ requirements, needs and feedback.
- Marketing Activities: Plan and organize marketing activities including product presentation, workshops, conferences, exhibition, educational events, webinar programs, etc.,
- Research and Survey Conduct market research, market demand, market size, market share and competitors’ information, etc., identifying new business opportunities
