- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Identification of Key Stakeholders & End User
- Be able to lead BA teams
- Able to define Project Goals, Objective & Business Case
- Capture Requirements from stakeholders (One on One interview, Ops Brainstorm, focus group, document analysis)
- Review Business Required Document (BRD), System Requirement Specification (SRS), Change Request (CR)
- Define functional requirements, operational requirements, technical requirements, transitional requirements
- Get a signed agreement to ensure every stakeholder is satisfied with all the requirements including cost, timeline and every specific task
- Knowledge of Project Management tools (Asana, Jira).
- Knowledge of Financial technology, mobile wallet technology
- Banking experience is a plus.- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4-6 years of previous business analysis and/or project management and/or software development experience in Fintech companies
- Experience in using project management tools preferred
- Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Solid understanding of business/requirement analysis principle
- Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured thinking
