School Principal

Description and Requirement

We are seeking a capable and committed Secondary School Principal to lead our academic and operational teams. The school offers Year 7–11 classes following the Edexcel Pearson syllabus, along with GED programs and after-school classes in Maths, Science, and English.

The Principal will be responsible for day-to-day academic and operational leadership, working in close collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Proven leadership experience in a school or academic institution

• Familiarity with Edexcel Pearson curriculum and GED programs

• Demonstrated success in managing academic programs and school operations

• Experience working with or reporting to senior leadership or a board
