Advise students and parents on suitable academic programs, universities, and countries based on their goals, qualifications, and financial background
Guide students through the entire admissions process including course selection, application preparation, statement of purpose (SOP), and interview coaching
Keep up-to-date with global education trends, university application requirements, visa policies, and scholarship options
Handle complex cases and provide personalized consultation for students with specific or unique academic needs
Mentor and support junior consultants, providing training and quality assurance
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders
Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits, webinars, and seminars
Maintain accurate and timely records of student applications using CRM or internal systems
Monitor and help achieve team recruitment targets
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education consulting or academic advising
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
