Job Descritpion
- Can estimate quantity of materials and labours according to design
- Can estimate quantity of materials and labours for tender process
- Can estimate quantity of materials and labours rate for budget control
- Preparing bill for sub- contractors payment process(by checking regular site visit if needed)
- Prepare and check the suppliers quotation and material order
- Prepare BOQ for actual construction needs
- Prepare BOQ in accordance with client instructions or customers requirements
- Calling tender or quotation for sub-con work
Job Requirements
- Senior QS Engineer (F - 1 posts)
- Bachelors degree required BE (Civil)
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experiences
- Can be used the software (Such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Auto CAD)
- Age - (30) & Above
- Salary - Negotiate
- Working Hour : 9 am to 5 pm
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Off Days : Sunday & Public Holidays
