Senior Service Advisor

Description and Requirement

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, keeping track of service timelines and updates for customers.
• Assess and diagnose vehicle and aircraft issues, providing accurate recommendations and estimates for repairs or maintenance.
• Work closely with service technicians and mechanics to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Maintain detailed records of service transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance history.

Requirements

• Must have graduated with a B.E, B.Tech, or other Bachelor's degree.
• Must be over 20 years old.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Must have a strong understanding of automotive technology and maintenance processes.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service to clients.

• Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
  Off Day : Sunday & Public Holidays
