Develop and maintain productive sales organization; creates policies and procedures, set quality objectives, identify risks and opportunities for showroom operations.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Explain and demonstrate use, operation, care of products and prices to customers. Recommend, select, and help locate products based on customer needs and desires
Reply and respond telephone, fax or mail for price quotations/ verifications, purchase orders, government bids, and changes or cancellations.
Supervise to achieve daily tasks: Product display & Expiry check, Price tag to all products, Property List Check, Price List Check.
Assist and cooperate with team for the assigned duties and other duties as per required with prompt action and timely manner.
Job Requirements
Any Graduate
Certificate/ Diploma/ or Degree holder in related field.
Minimum three years experiences in Showroom sales management
