Description and Requirement
Presales and Solution
- Work closely with sales team in engaging customers and developing sales strategy
- Conduct meeting with customers to understand their requirements in technical details and introducing the latest technology and products of Campana
- Guide customers on the industrial best-practice and provide solution best fit customers’ needs
- Prepare and conduct the presentation and proposal with solution to the potential customers for new business and to the current customers for upselling
- Work with cross functional teams to understand and leverage on Company’s network, product, and engineering capabilities
- Align the team with technical product updates and technical support and delivery related competence sessions
- Understand market needs: actively give feedback to the team and suggest improvements and directions
End to End Project Management
- Support solution in BoQ request and selection, process project budgeting and cost verification with Finance team
- Manage the project end to end from the customer enquiry to service delivery
- Work with external stakeholders: vendors and customers for BoQ, site permission and any tech support as required for internal teams to complete the delivery
- Collect information from respective teams and develop service network diagram after service delivery and share to NOC CSD
- Collect any updates information on the existing provisioned services and updates the SND with NOC CSD
- Prepare and share draft letters, which needs to be sent out to customers, with NOC CSD
- Work with cross functional teams to understand and leverage on Company’s network, product, and engineering capabilities
- Provide regular updates to the team lead on project status and reporting
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent education
- At least 5 years of working experience in Telco/ICT industry and project management
- Good understanding of data communications technology especially IPLC, IP Transit, MPLS & Managed Network, VoIP, and IPTV
- Demonstrable knowledge of Cloud services, IaaS, PaaS, DR, and data centre services
- Good understanding of enterprise network architecture, IT design and ICT related solutions
- Good experience in customer facing roles and presenting the solutions
- Good experience in project management, budgeting, planning and status tracking of the project.
- Able to work well under stressful situations with tight timelines.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, results-oriented, flexible, patient and adaptable, persuasive and diplomatic.
- Self-motivated, independent and a positive attitude.
- Meticulous and strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
- Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin (highly preferred)
