Supervisor - Eng. (utility operation and maintenance)

Description and Requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acts as a Team Leader in Utility area; supervises the utility team members to carry on the utility operation (Boiler, Air compressor, Chiller, Water & WWTP plant etc.) to meet the agreed targets, schedule and quality & EOHS standard with the higher productivity, and lowest possible cost as per FP&R concept.
• Establish implementing plan and coordinate with operation & other concerned to accomplish goals/objectives
• Overall manage the utility operations (Boiler, Air compressor, Chiller, Water & WWTP plant etc.) to ensure compliance with governmental regulations
• Maintains all building, equipment and facilities in accordance with company standards
• Coordinates with Engineers for the equipment/facilities installation and modification to ensure the improvement of equipment processes, system, quality and efficiency of the operation.
• Work with the EOHS team to maintain and promote a safe environment in the CPMM plant.
• Control NVOs expenses of the utility activities to be within budget allowance 
• Ensure all the quality SOPs are in place and followed and implemented in the areas of Engineering and Utilities – includes electrical, instrumentation, utilities, water systems, and facility management.
• Supports, Coordinates with HR / Factory Administration on people training and development
• Drive and encourage utility employees on housekeeping in Plant.
• Creates a positive attitude towards the company and department among subordinates.
• Creating a climate to encourage information sharing, and motivate the team for getting a better performance 
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
• Manage all aspects of functional responsibilities under own department as per the approved policy
• Responsible for the department safety, quality and operation KPIs such as AU, Losses, and …etc.
• Implementation of FP&R standards, and Compliance with EOH&S / Quality standards, guidelines and procedures

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 Years of experience in engineering field and manufacturing industry

• Computer Literacy
• Good Command of English
