As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the recruitment efforts of our organization by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. You will assist in developing strategies to attract top talent, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring team to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- Related working experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
