This role holder will rotate within performance and reward teams to become well-rounded future HR talent in KBZ Bank.
The role includes following key responsibilities but not limited to
Based on the job requirements, he/she needs to perform in job functions for 2-3 months
After completing 6 months, he/she needs to have formal catchup with mentors for the progress
Choose one function to perform another 6 months. Closely work with mentor and attend formal/informal learning programs
After completing 12 months, respective leads will evaluate the performance of talent associate and decide to offer permanent job based on the evaluation results and job requirement.
Fresh graduate or University first year/second year students (prefer Business or HR Management but not essential)
No prior experiences are required
Willingness to learn and interest to pursue career in HR
Demonstrate competencies in Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Digital literacy
Able to use such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G-suite.
Able to communicate in written English (Email and other office communication tools)
