Tender Assistantant

Description and Requirement

  • Tender Process Coordination: Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities, coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, and collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and manage department meetings, handle correspondence with client and maintain filing systems related to tenders.
  • Document Management: Prepare and format tender documents, ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, and manage the storage and retrieval of tender documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tendering or procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant engineering software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
