Handle and manage vehicle repairing process for Head Office & all Site and overall accident case
Arrangement of office’s daily ferry way and trip way.
Control and manage daily fuel usage of vehicles.
Prepare and propose vehicles’ licenses, insurance, rental, fuel, maintenance budget and take approval from Director/MD.
Manage overall vehicle purchasing process, rental process, inspection, license & extension, vehicle Insurance and then resolving all of the vehicle issue and complaints.
Manage and control drivers and vehicles.
Report to the Board of Director and MD.
