Overview

  • Ensure all vehicle are licensed and in compliance
  • Handle and manage vehicle repairing process for Head Office & all Site and overall accident case
  • Arrangement of office’s daily ferry way and trip way.
  • Control and manage daily fuel usage of vehicles.
  • Prepare and propose vehicles’ licenses, insurance, rental, fuel, maintenance budget and take approval from Director/MD.
  • Manage overall vehicle purchasing process, rental process, inspection, license & extension, vehicle Insurance and then resolving all of the vehicle issue and complaints.
  • Manage and control drivers and vehicles. 
  • Report to the Board of Director and MD.
