Video Content Developer

Description and Requirement

The video content officer is responsible for filming, producing, and delivering engaging video content that supports internal training, onboarding, upskilling, and organizational development initiatives. Must be a multi-skilled, highly competent person who is flexible and knowledgeable enough to play different roles as circumstances require. The role is hands-on, and the role holder must have the creative capacity and technical skills. To support and maintain all aspects of training video content, social media content, and eLearning content. Enthusiastically supports and collaborates with internal and external clients relating to content and video creation.

  1. Develop and execute creative concepts for video content based on the goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Take a photo of the training event and retouch the photo, organize it to share on the related platform
  3. Support video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio equipment during filming.
  4. Support audio recording equipment, including microphones, soundcards, and recording software.
  5. Edit raw video footage to create cohesively and add graphics, music, PowerPoint Animation, subtitling, and other elements to enhance the overall quality of the video.
  6. Ensure the video aligns with the organization's branding and messaging.
  7. Stay attuned to audience feedback and analytics to make data-driven improvements.
  8. Seek feedback, stay informed about industry best practices, and continuously strive to improve video content quality and effectiveness.
  9. Handling the inventory of video production and sound equipment not lost in any situation.
  10. Manage and maintain the video library for the exported videos.
  11. Collaborate with a team for video production outcomes to meet the deadline of the project and to ensure that the video meets quality standards.
  12. Make suggestions for how to improve workflow or increase production values
  13. Other duties assigned by the line manager

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, prefer Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film/Photography
  • At least 1 years of working experience with an equivalent combination of experience in Learning knowledge and video production
  • The ability for creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing
  • Knowledge of photography techniques, and post-production

Technical

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in editing software (e.g - Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Davinci,etc,.)

Soft Skill

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
