Finance Manager (FM) will be overall responsible to ensure that the country programme financial systems are of high standards and ensure donor compliances and reporting is completed on time with quality. The role will be responsible for managing service contracts, institutional donor contracts and grants compliances.

The Health Educator will deliver Health Education messages and other Health Education activities during the mobile clinics and/or in the Health Posts. He/ She is under the responsibility of the Medical Doctor (MD) and under the technical supervision of the Community Health Officer (CHO).

The MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) system is important to TLM Myanmar for evidence-based decision making, reporting, learning, knowledge management and improved program quality and impact.
