I have worked for Myanma Railways in Southern Shan State for Hsigh Khaung-Nam Sam Railways Project and Construction of Pon Chaung Bridge as a Junior Engineer(4) from 2001 to 2007. I have considerable experience in the construction field regarding the implementation of rail line span bridge, box and pipe culvert, tunnel bridge and stations and rail line field regarding the implementation of rail line survey, earth work and catch drain, side drain and macadam for rail line.
After this project, I transferred to Myanma Railways Head Office, Budget and Planning Department as a Junior Engineer (3) from 2007 to 2014. I have experience in this field regarding the drafting drawing and estimating of buildings and bridges and Quantity Surveyor duties
I resigned from Myanma Railways in June 2014 and I have work in Private Construction Company about six months for Pa Lway Fire Department construction in Nay Pyi Taw as a Site Engineer position.
After that, I have worked for N.R.C (Norwegian Refugee Council) in North-East (Kachin and Northern Shan Region) as a Shelter Coordinator and South-East ( Kayin State ) as a Shelter Officer from 2015 to 2018. I have considerable experience in the field regarding Emergency programs and ’Rapid Response Mechanism’(RRM) activities, the implementation of shelter project activities, the provision of protection and assistance to conflict-affected IDPs.
We have worked in a consortium partnership to implement the South-eastern Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project (SIRP) in 30 villages, Kayin State. Most identified needs related to primary schools (renovations and full-build construction), roads and bridges, gravity-flow water systems, water supply and community infrastructures constructions for supervision, propose design & BoQ and providing trainings to CBOs such as Basic Accounting & Book keeping, maintenance for infrastructure. With that experience, I moved to Kachin State as a Shelter coordinator. We have worked in Emergency programs and Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) activities for recent IDPs camps not only Kachin but also Northern Shan State. We was coordination with camp management agencies for emergency response fund to assist recent internally displaced persons (IDPs).
I resigned from N.R.C and I have worked for resort project in Hmawbi, Yangon. I supervised as I studied not only construction work but also interior and exterior decoration, swimming pool project, artificial dam, stream and water fall project, stair & Gazebo with artificial wood and bamboo building. After finish this project, I have been working as a freelance Engineer in Private Construction Company Sites that are Khe Tauk and Mikayin Sub RHC and staff housing co- constructed by UNOPS and Department of Health in Hpa-An, Office of the Department of Fisheries (San Hlan, Long- Lone) Co-constructed by Denmark- Myanmar and Department of Fisheries in Dawei and Office Construction work in UNICEF (Hpa-An) and Residential Project in Kayin and Mon State.
At the moment, I am constructing on Residential Project in Yangon.
