Description and Requirement
- Identify and acquire new Official Account partners, especially high-potential content providers
- Build and execute partnership strategies that drive user engagement and monetization via OA and OA+
- Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring alignment with KBZPay’s goals and commercial frameworks
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to enhance their performance and retention
- Provide training and onboarding support to partners and other enablement tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Content) to improve partner experience and product adoption
- Analyze data related to user behavior, partner engagement, and content performance to generate insights
- Track and report account performance metrics and revenue contribution regularly
- Maintain and update a partner database (including content creators, service merchants, and agencies)
- Assist with content publishing for selected partners when necessary
Support strategic planning for category and content direction within the OA ecosystem

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
· Experience in digital platforms, banking, fintech, or content industries is preferred
Background in content or platform-based ecosystems is a plus
· Solid knowledge of market trends, content engagement strategies, and sales techniques
· Familiarity with content platform ecosystems, account management, and digital partnerships
· Ability to manage multiple partners while actively prospecting for new ones
· Excellent communication skills in both Burmese and English (verbal and written)
· Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
